ZONING & PLA~tNING BOARD
AUGUST 15, 1949
The Zoning & Planning Board met in special session on August 15, 1949, ~
compliance with a request from Mr. G. W. Llewelyn of 310 University Boule-
yard for permission to build one. large room without partitions above his
two car garage building and storage room.
idembers of the Board present were Roy Maley, Duncsn Allen and 0. C. King.
Members Jones and Chavanne were absent.
The proposed size of the room to be used as a bed room by four of Mr.
.~.a Llewelyn's sons is 20 x 30 Ft., same to contain a bath roan but no kitchen
facilities. Mr. Lle~relyn stated there were eight children in his family
and four sons were now sleeping in the storage room which is attached to
the garage building. These quarters have practically no ventilation-and
r~ are very uncomfortable. Mr. Llewelyn also stated he did not have room
in his home for all members of the family and he would gladly execute an
affidavit that such room above his garage would not be used commercially.
A personal inspection was made of the premises at 3130 University Boulevard
by Tbs. 0. C. King and found to be exactly as represented by Mr. Llewelyn.
Motion was made by Mr. Maley and seconded by Mr. Allen that the Board
recommend approval of the request submitted by Mr. Llewelyn subject to
execution of usual affidavit.

Voting No : None
~Yith no further business to come before the Board at this time the meeting
was adjourned.
