MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING
ZONING & PLANNING BOARD
AUGUST 19, 19l~8
The Zoning & Planning Board of the City of West University Place met in
regular session at the City Hall on Thursday, .August 19, 198, 7:3U P.M.
with the following members present: Mrs. ~i'. E. Eberling presiding, Mr. 0. C.
King and Mr. Chas. D. Mehr. Chairman H. E. Terry was absent..
A letter from Mr. J. B. Blanchard, 2732 Pittsburg, requesting permission to
convert a room over a two-car garage into servants quarters was submitted for
the Boardb approval.
Motion by Mr. King, seconded by Mr. Mehr that the Board recommend approval of
Mr. Blanchard~s request to convert a room on the second floor of his garage
building into servants quarters with no kitchen privileges, providing it does
not exceed 250 square feet and affidavit is executed stating that room will
not be used for commercial purposes.
Voting Aye: All
Voting Noe: None
With no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting
was adjourned.
