On 'Friday, February 7.,1947, 1~~r:Chilton Bryan, City Attorney, called
=r. Hal ETerry,,Chairman..of the 4oning & Planning Commission, and
requested the telephone numbers of PPr. James ~bney`(attorney for
P;~r. °"P,C.fIorne), .and :Ladin. 8. Lieberman, in order that he might
get the attorneys in question to~;e~her for a-conference on Sunday,
February 9, in order to iron out differences of opinion ,in settlement
of .the value cf 3 ft', of ;property in Bissonnet Place.
A meeting Baas held en Sunday, February 9, with results. still..; pending
on ~'onday, February;l0. By canvas of,members of the Zoning & Planning
Commission by telephone,-P~~ionday, February 10, all agreed that; the
matter be held in abeyance since it appeared that an agrceemen was
being reached by attorneys Jim Abney and `Jim Ladin.. Therefore, ne
meeting will be held; by the mooning ~ Planning Commission on T.Zonday
night, F'eb ruary ; .10, 1947 .
