NOVEMBER 11, 1965
The Zoning and Planning Commission did not meet, due to lack of a
quorum. An informal session of discussion was held.

A quorum was not available. No meeting held for month of December.
REGULAR MEETING OF ZONING AND PLANNING.COMMISSION.
JANUARY 13, 1966
The Zoning and Planning Commission convened in regular session at the
City Hall on Thursday, January 13, 1966, 7:30 p.m., with the follow-
ing members present: Chairman Hannah, presiding; Members_Bricker,
Lott and Hines.
Application number 66-1, requesting subdivision of the west one-half
of Lot 5, Block 19, West University Place First Addition into two lots,
was presented to the Commission fox consideration. Mr. Carroll Brown,
representing Mrs. Billie Jenkins, owner of the lot, appeared before
the Commission in her behalf. A surveyor's plot plan of the property
was attached to the application. After discussion, the following
action was taken by the Commission:
Motion by Mr. Lott, seconded by Mr. Bricker, that a Public Hearing be
called for 7:30 p.m., February 10, 1966, to consider subdivision of
the west one-half of Lot 5, Block 19, West University Place First
Addition into two lots, one 50 X 150 and one 75 X 150 feet, each to'
front on Bromptan Road, as requested by the owner, and that proper
legal notice be given as required.
