SPECIAL MEETING OF ZONING AND PLANNING COMMISSION
MARCH 22, 1865.
The Zoning and Planning Commission convened in special session at the
City Hall on Monday, March 22, 1965, 7:30 p.m., with the following
members present: Chairman Hannah, presiding; members Hilton, Lott
and Bricker.
A request for a lot subdivision was received which was made as an_
official application..-~~o `the Zoning and Planning Coroinsson ion' March 15,
1865; and""the w~.iver_ form signed. Application Docket X65-1, for sub_
division of Lot 1, Block 48, West University Place Second Addition,.
into two lots each 75 X 150 feet to front on Amherst Street, was pre-
sented to the Commission for their consideration and the following
action taken:
Motion. by Mr. Hilton, seconded by Mr. 7Lott, that a Public Hearing be
called for the date of April 8, 1965, 7.:30 p.m., for the purpose of
considering subdivision of Lot 1, Block ~+8; West University Place
Second Addition into two lots each 75 X 150' to;fron.t on Amherst
Street, as requested by the owner, Mr ~: J. K~pp~r=anc~, that proper
notice be given.
Voting Aye: Chairman Hannah,. Mr. Hilton,'Mr. Lo t and Mr. Bricker
Voting No: None _
With no further business to come before the mmission at this time,
upon motion duly made,. seconded and carried he~meg was adjourned.
