REGULAR MEETING OF ZONING AND PLANNING COMMISSION

The Zoning and Planning Commission convened in regular session at the City
Hall on Thursday, May 14, 1964, 7:30 p.m.,-with the following members
present: Chairman David Hannah, presiding; Members Goff, Bowman and
Hilton. Mr. Lott was absent.
Mr. E. J. Christiansen, owner of Lots 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, Block 2, Monticello
Addition, who lives at 2723 Wroxton, appeared before the Zoning and Planning
Commission and informally requested information concerning the possibility
of this property being re-zoned for professional office buildings. The Com-
mission advised him that his request would be given consideration, but that
no action was pending at this time.
As requested by the City Commission, the Zoning and Planning Commission
gave consideration at this time to the matter of making a study of regula-
tions which would appear to be advisable in connection with any requests
for construction of churches on vacant residential property within the city.
The Commission is requesting information pertinent to this subject, and
will give the matter further attention at i-~s next regular meeting on
June 11, 1864.
With no further business to came before the Zoning and ~anning Commission
at this time, upon motion duly made, sec r
