SPECIAL MEETING OF ZONING AND PLANNING BOARll
DECEMHER 10, 1962
The Zoning and Planning Board convened in special session at the City
Hall on Monday, December 10, 1962, with the following members present:
Acting Chairman 0. P. Gill, presiding; Messrs. Snyder, Haralson,
Hilton and Jones. Mr. Lott was absent.
Mr. Gill announced that Mayor Holman had asked that this meeting be called
in order that a permanent chairman be elected..
Motion was made by Mr. Snyder, seconded by Mr. Haralson, that Mr. 0. P.
Gill be elected Chairman.
Voting Aye: A11 No; None
Motion was made by Mx. Snyder, seconded by Mr. Hilton, that Mr. H. Edgar
Lott be elected Viee-Chairman.
Voting Aye: A11 No: None
With no further businsss to come before the Board, upon motion duly made,
seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned,
