SPECIAL MEETING OF ZONING AND PLANNING BOARD
NOVEMBER 21, 1962
The Zoning and Planning Board convened in special session at the City Hall,
Wednesday, November 21, 1962, 7:30 P.M., with the following members present:
Mr. O.P. Gill, Acting Chairman; Messrs. Fitzgerald and Lott. Chairman David
Hannah and Mr. Snyder were absent.
Mr. J. R. Hymers, 3+03 Nottingham requested permission to construct a hot-
house adjacent to his 1 x 1 ft. two-car garage, on his 50 x.150 ft. lot,
and presented a plat of the proposed improvement to the Board. The Board
determined there was no encroachment on the backyard area coverage.
Motion was made by Mr. Fitzgerald, seconded by Mr. Lott, that the Board re-
commend approval of the request of Mr. J. R. Hymens, 3.03 Nottingham, to
construct a 8 x 16 ft. hothouse, according to the sketch presented, subject
to his meeting setback and building cads requirements, and that he execute
an affidavit that the structure will not be used for rental or commercial
purposes.
Voting Aye: All No; None

With no further business to come before the Board, upon motion duly made,
seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned.
