HomeMy WebLinkAbout11081962 ZPC Minutesh.b REGULAE3 MEETING OF Z©NING AN33 PLANNING BEARD ` NOVF~ER 8, 1962 The Zoning and Planning Board convened in regular session at the City Hall on Thursday, November 8, 1962, 7:30 P.M., with the following members. present: Mr. 0, P, Gill, Acting Chairman; Messrs. Vest, Lott and Fitz- gerald. Chairman Hannah and I+~rr. Snyder were absent. Mr. Art Tantillo, x+111 Ruskin, requested permission to construct a 8 x 16 ft. utility house in the rear yard of his property. Mr. Tantillo stated that the building will be used by him for working with electronic equipment (tape recorders, amplifiers and computers). A letter was submitted by Mr. Tantillo, together with sketch of the proposed installation, detailing his request. He stated the building. would not be used for rental or commercial purposes. Motion by Mr. Vest, seconded by Mr. Lott, that-the Board recommend approval of the request of Mr. Art Tantillo, x+111 Ruskin, to construct a 8 x 16 ft. utility house, subject to his meeting setback and building code requirements and execution of an affidavit that the structure will not be used for rental or commercial purposes.
