SPECIAL MEETING OF ZONING AND.PLANNIZ~G BOARD SEPTEMBER. 5, 1962 The Zoning and Planning Board convened in special session at 7;30 P.M., Wednesday, September 5, 1962, with the following members present; Mr. 0. P Gill, Acting Chairman; Messrs. Fitzgerald and Snyder. Chairmen Hannah, Messrs. Vest and Lott were absent. T?~.e meeting was called for the purpose of considering a request from Mr. Ed Walters for permission to erect an addition to his existing garage 12 x 26 ft. to be used as a utility and hobby room. Mr. Walters ex- plained that he now has an 8 x 16 ft.leanto ©n his .garage which he intends to remove before erecting the proposed addition. He stated that his property is located at X224 Amherst with the garage fronting on Rutgers. The proposed addition will be on the back of the garage and it was determined by the Board that the garage structure would not exceed the 40°~ rear yard oc - cupancy restriction. After the Board members made a~visual inspection of the premises, the following action. was taken, Motion by Mr. Fitzgerald, seconded by Mr. Snyder, that the request of fir.
