SPECIAL MEETING OF ZONING & PLANNING BOARD
AUGUST 13, 1962
The Zoning & Planning Board met in special session on Monday, August 13,
1962, with the following members present: Chairman David Hannah, pre-
siding; Messrs, Gill, Fitzgerald, Lott. Absent were Messrs Snyder and
Vest.
Mr. Hannah explained that the Board was asked to convene in special ses-
sion to consider a request from Mr. C. J. Tamborello, 4025 Villanova, for
permission to have 220 volt wiring installed for an air conditioner in a
6 1~2 X 11 foot room located in his garage which is being converted into
a study.
Motion by Mr. Gill, seconded by Mr .- Lott,. that the request of Mr. C. J.
Tamborello, 4025 Villanova, for permission to have 220 wiring installed
in a 6 1~2 X 11 foot room to be used as a study, be approved, subject to
Mr. Tamborello's executing of an affidavit that the room will not be
used for rental or'commercial purposes.
Voting Aye: All Voting No: None
With no further business to come before the Board at this time, upon motion
duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned.
