REGULAR MEETING OF ZONING AND PLANNING BOARD
THURSDAY, MARCH 8, 1962
The Zoning and Planning; Board convened in regular session at the.
City Hall on Thursday, March 8, 1962,-7;30 P.M., with the following
members present; Chairman David Hannah, presiding; Messrs. Gi11, Fitz-
gerald, Vest and Snyder. Mr. Lott was absent.
Pursuant to an earlier meeting held with the City Commission in
connection with future planning, the desirability of having an outside
professional organization fully qualified to recommend city needs for
the future, and to make a comprehensive study, was discussed.
Motion by Mr. Fitzgerald, seconded by Mr. Vest, that the Zoning Board
write a letter to the City Commission, recommending that a comprehensive
study of the city's future needs be made by an independent, professional
organization, fu11y qualified to make such study.
Voting Aye: All Nom: None.
With no further business to come before/the Board at this time, upon
motion duly made, seconded and carried/, the meeting was adjourned.
