The Zoning and Planning Board convened in regular session at the City
Hall on 3'hursday, December•1~+, 1961, 7:30 P.M., with the following.
members present; Chair~ac~•D~vid Hannah, presiding; Messrs. Gill, Lott,
Fitzgerald and Vest a Mr. Snyder was absent.
Mr. Q. P. Huston, 5512 Buffalo Speedway, requested by letter permission
to .install a circular tie drivel on the front portion of .his 75 x 150
ft. lot. at this address. A sketch of the proposed driveway installation
was submitted. Mr. Huston stated. in his letter that he desired this in-
stallation due to the fact that it ways both unwise a,nd impractical to
park a car at the curb on Buffalo Speed~ray and with the amount of traffic
it was most difficult to enter and exit from a single right €~ngle. the
circular type driveway proposed wi11 provide both off street parkitsg and
minimum blockage of entry from and exit to the street. The portion of
the driveway from the curb line to the sidewalk will be regular finish
concrete, and the circular portion of the driveway inside the sidewalk
line will be of pebblefinish concrete.
Motion by Mr. Vest, seconded by Mr. Gi11, that t'r;.e Board recommend ap-
proval for installation of a circular driveway on the front portion of
the property at 5512 Buffalo Speedway, as requested by Mr. (3•. P. Huston.

motion duly. made, seconded and carried, t meeting was adjourned.
