SPECIAL METING OF ZONING AND PLANNING BOARi9

The Zoning and Planning Board convened in special session at the City Hah
on .Thursday, August 2~+, 1g61, 7:3o P.M., with the following members present:
Chairman David Hannah, presiding; Messrs. Gill, Vest, Lott and Fitzgerald.
Mr. Snyder was absent.
Mr. Charles D. Pearce, Jr. 2931 Wroxton, had made written request of the
Board for permission to construct a playroom 22 x 32t connecting to the
existing garage. There will be no water pipes for any purpose, but elec-
tricity and gas will be needed for lighting and heating purposes.
At the request of Chairman David Hannah, Whitt F. Johnson and B. F. Kingman
met with the Board to present information and detail as might be desired
by the Board members. Mr. Kingman stated that a recent permit .had been
issued for the construction of an open side covered patio 22 x 32' at
2931 Wroxton and that the open side patio had been constructed.
