HomeMy WebLinkAbout05111961 ZPC Minutes~~,/J~b RE(~TLAR MEETING OF ZONING AND PT,ANI~I~3G BOARD MAY 11, 1961 The Zoning & Planning Board convened in regilar session at the City Ha11 on Thursday, May 11, 1961,. 7:3®P.M., with the follc~ring members presents Chairman David Hannah, presiding; Messrs. C~i11,Vest Lott and Snyder. ~. Fitzgerald was absent. In accordance with the Boards request of April 13, 1961, Mr. H. W. Osborne, 289 Sunset, submitted information pertaining to improvements to his ~aa~tare which~ad ^been completed without a building pex~ni.t. Mr. Osborne explained in his letter that he had removed the on nil 15~8~ door and installed 105 sidin a stations win ow and a re lar 2 door across the front. Mr. sborne also Mated that he had previously erected a carport in front of the garage. he garage is now being used as a hobby shop, storage and uti- lity roan. Motion by Mr. Gill, seconded by Mr. Vest, that the Board recommend approval of the new improvements to the structure as outlined in Mr. Osbornets letter and sketch submitted, subject to procurement of building perra3.t,and execution of an affidavit that the structure will not be used for rental or conanercial purposes. Water and electricity connections will be needed. Motion by Mr. Vest, seconded. by Mr. Lott, that the Board recommend approval for improvements requested, provided Mrs. O~Donohoe supply the usual af- fidavit that the stricture will not be used for co~nercial or rental purposes bit only for purposes expressed herein.
