REGUTAR M~TIPQ OF ZONII~ & F'LAR,Ei'IAG BOARD

The Zoning & Planning Board convened in regular session at the City
Hall on Thursday, February q, 1961, 7:3~ P.M~ with the fo11o`ring
members present; Chairman I~vid Hannah, presiding; I+~essrs. 0. P. Gill,
R. M. Fitzgerald, J`r., Loys E. Vest, H. Edgar Lott and J. C. Snyder.
Mrs. Bernice Yarrington 27C~ Centenary appeared before the Board re-
questing permiss on to ad two ase outlets and one wall switch in an
existing garage apartmen pre- ting the zoning ordinance in order
to relieve the load on the present outlet and to reduce the potential
fire hazard. I~rs. Yarriizgton also desired to replace the old switch
box which services both the house and garage apartment ~3.th a breaker
type box.
Motion by Mr. Fitzgerald, seconded by Mr. Lott that the Board recomt~end
that Mrs. Yarrington's request for .permission to-add two base outlet
and one wall switch in an existing garage apartment (pre.-dating the zon-
ing ordinance) and to replace the old switch box xith a breaker type
box, be approved as this is for maintenance and reduction of fire haze rd.

meet ~e setback requirements if the lot was subdivided and if so, submit
a formal request.
A letter from Mr. W. R. Freeman, 4230 Judson St., requesting permission
to erect an 8 X 12 ft. storage and tool house on the rear of his property .
Mr. Freeman dad not appear at the meeting, therefore the request was tabled
pending further information.
