The Zoning and T'lanning Board convened in regular session: at the City
Hall on Th~ssday, September 8, 19~~:, 7:3C'' p.m., with the following
?~eembers present: Chairman Horace Bice, presiding, Messrs. Gill, Hannah,
Hangs and Fitz~,erald .
Mr. A, E. Kaepp~^1, ~~11 Swarthmore, requested by letter, permission to
enclose his e:~istin~; ~ara~;e and attached shelter for use as stora~e,utility
and hobby space, and to build a carport near the house. He desired to wire
the garage for electricity.
DZotion by M.~'. Gi11, seconded by I~1~c. Hangs, that the Board recommend that
the request of N;r. A. E, Kaeppel, 3911 Swarthmore, to enclose his existing
garage and attached shelter for use as storage, utility and hobby space,
be approved, subject to compliance with all the setback requirements and
execution of an affidavit that the improvements wi11 not be used for living
quarters or business purposes.
Voting Aye: All No; None
With no fturther business to come before the Board at this time, upon
zr~otion dul;- made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned.
