The Zoning and Planning Board convened in regular session at the City
Ha11 on Thursday, July l~-, 16U, 7; 3~4;, P.i41. , with t~~e following members
present: Chairman Rice, presiding; T~lessrs. Gill and Hannah. Mr. Frank
Hangs ~.°isited Trrith tine Board.
Messrs. Tom Wheat and Sam Jett, owners of'the triangular tract of land
between Wesla;ra:n and Stella Linl~, in the ~7!~`~= block, and known as Block
2, Cunningham Terrace, appeared before the Board for an informal discussion
regarding rezoning.; of the property ~'or com~nerrial purposes.
Messrs. W'n.eat and Jett were told to submit a ~aritten request and drawing
to the Board ii' they desired official cotlsderation. Mr. Wheatstated
they ~rould plan to meet with the Board at tzeir next meeting.
With no further business to cot~ie before the Board at this time, upon motion
dul~r made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned.
