REGULAR MEETING OF ZONIlVG AND PLANNING BOARD
TUESDAY, APRIL lg, Zg60
The Zoning and Planning Board convened in regular session at the City
Hall on Tuesday, April 19, 1g~0, 7:30 P.M., with the following members
present: Chairman Horace Rice, presiding; Messrs. Gi11 and Hannah. Mr.
Wyngarden was absent.
Mr. T. A. Loftice, ~+03g University B1vd., appeared before the Board in
regard to property located at the above address, further described as Lot 1,
Block 3~+, College View Fourth Addition, requesting additional electric
facilities for existing garage apartment. 4
After discussing the problem with the Board, Mr. Loftice withdrew his
request.
Mr. and Mrs. Marcellus A. Bettler, x+223 Lehigh, appeared before the Board
requesting information in regard to the construction of a Porte cochere
and porch on front of the residence at the above address.
After deliberation by the Board, it was decided to discuss this case and
its broader aspects with the City Commission.
With no further business to come before the Board at this time, upon motion
duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned..
