REGULAR MEE~'.'ING OF ZONING & PLANNING BOARD
NOVEMBER 13, 195$
fihe Zoning & Planning Board convened in regular session at the City
Hall, Thursday, November 13, 1958, with the following members present;
Mr. A. G. Davis, presiding; Messrs. 0. P. Gill, David Hannah, Horace
Rice and Charlie Wilson. Mr. Clifton Campbell was absent.
Mr. C. B. Paris, owner of Lot 1, Block 23, West University P1.ace lst
A 2tion, appeared before the Board requesting permission to subdivide
this lot into twa 50 x 150 foot lots to front on es c s er. Mr. is
s a e was s esxre o ui d on one of the 50' lots if sub
division is approved and have the other lot available for sale. He also
.stated that he had contacted the property owner directly across the street
and the one immediately to the west, and they had no objection to the pro-
posed subdivision of the lot.
Motion by Mr. Wilson, seconded by Mr. Gill, that the Board recommend
approval of the request of Pte'. C. B. Paris far subdivision of Lot 1,
Block 23, WUP 1st Addn. into two 50 x 150 Ft. lots.
Voting Aye; All No; None
With no furthex business to come before the Board, upon motion duly
made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned.
