REGULAR ME'ETSNG OF ZONING & PLANNING BOARD

The Zoning & Planning Board convened in regular session at the City Hall
on Thursdays September 11, 1958, with the following members present; Mr.
A. G. Davis, :presiding; Messrs. Campbell, Gill, Rice and Wilson. N1r. David
Hannah was absent.
A written request from Mr. P. D. Phillips 652+ Belmont dated August 22,
1958, -for the Board's approva o re u an en ge a garage to ine7.izcle
a second story 20 x 26 feet, for us age and wash
room, was considered. It was the consensus of the Board that the addition
would be less objectionable to the Community if built on the ground floor,
however, inasmuch as there is nothing in the present ordinance which
strictly prohibits the construction as proposed, the fallowing action was
takers
Motion by Mr. Wilson, seconded by Mr. Campbell, that the request of Mr.
P. D. Phillips, 652+ Belmont, for permission to include a second story
20 x 26 feet to his proposed garage building for use as a hobby room,
storage and wash room, be approved subject to limitation of sanitary facili-
ties to a wash basin and commode, and no kitchen facilities; also with the
understanding that Mr. Phillips will furnish an affidavit that ^~~ie strut -
ture will not be used as living quarters or for any commercial purpose;
further provided that these restrictions be included in terms of-sale should
the property be sold.

No: None
With no further business to come before the Board at this time, upon
motion duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned.
