REGULAR MEETING OF ZON71~'G AND PLANNING BOARD
JANUARY 9, 1958
The Zoning and Planning Board convened in regular session at the City Hall an
Thursday, January ~, 1958, 7130 P,M. with. the following members present: Mr.
A. G. Davis, presiding; Messrs. Hannah, Rice and Wilson. Messrs. Campbell and
Gill were absent.
A request was received from the First City National Bank,. as Executor of the
Estate of A. J. Penick, deceased, for permission to resubd~iva.de the west ~,of
Lots 1 and 2, Block 20, West University Place, First Addition (a total of 200
feet fronting on Brompton by 150 feet siding on Duke Street) into three lots,
75 feet, 672'feet and 571 .feet, to front on Brompton. The lots are presently
divided into 75 feet, 622 feet and 622 feet. The center 622-foot lot is
improved with a house, and the other two are vacant.
Motion by Mr. Hannah, seconded by Mr. Rice, that the City Commission approve the
request to subdivide the west one-half of Lots 1 and 2, Block 20, West University
Place First Addition, subject to compliance with all necessary setbacks.
Voting Aye: All No: None
With no further business to come before the $oard at this time, upon motion
duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned.
