C. Halbert, presiding; Messrs. Davis, Hannah, Madeley and Wilson. Mr. Rice was absent. The request of Mr. N. F. Mohan by Mr. Davis, seconded by Mr. Hannah, that the request of Mr. N. P.Wiley, 3502 Tar~ley, to move onto his premises an 18 X 23' building to be used as a servant's quarters be approved subjee$ to execution of an affidavit that the building wi11 not be used for cot~ercial or rental purposes. Diehl, 3006 Robinhood, far per- mission to construct a playroom over _his pr sP ent ~ara,ae anc~,_~,ti,,;~v r~nm and to add"a room onto the present house which would connect it to the garage, the fol- lowing action was taken: Motion by Mr. Madeley, seconded by Mx. Hannah, that the request of Mr. R. A. Diehl, for permission to construct a playroom over his present garage and to add a room onto the present house which would connect it onto the garage, be denied, as it is the Board's opinion that the full bath as shown on the plans represents a strong. potential violation of the single family dwelling provision of the Zoning Orc~.inance, and also, the proposed addition of the roam onto the house creates a violation of the rear yard requirement. Voting Aye: Ail. No:: None The request of Mr. J. V, Lamb, 275 Sunset, to build a one-room .servant's quarters above his present~2 X 1~' garage and utility room was considered. Motion by Mr. Madeley, seconded. by Mr. Hannah, that the request of Mr. J. V. Lamb 2735 Sunset, for permission to build a one-room servant's quarters above the present 26 X 18' garage be granted, provided no bath is instaiied, and subject to an affi- davit being executed that the structure will not be used for cottnnercial or rental purposes..
