REGULAR MEETING OF ZONING AND P:C,ANNTNG BOARD
MAY 16, 1957
The Zoning and Planning Board convened in regular session at the City Hall on
Thursday, May 16, 1957, 7:3a P.M., withGthe following members present; Mr. A. G.
Davis, presiding; Messrs. R. A. Madeley and Charles Wilson. Messrs. M. C. Halbert,
David Hannah, and Horace Rice were absent.
Mrs. Charles D. Mehr, 2720 Sunset Boulevard, appeared before the Board requesting
permission to a to the existing house a bedroom bathroom and stora e room which
would extend ~2 Ft. into the rear yard setbac requirement, or 152 Ft, from the
rear property line.
Motion by Mr. Madeley, seconded by Mr. Wilson, that the request of Mrs. Charles D.
Mehr, 2720 Sunset Boulevard, to add a bedroom, bathroom and storage room which
would extend ~2 Ft. into the rear yard setback requirement be denied.
Voting Aye; All
No: None
With no further business to come before the Board at this time, upon motion duly
made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned.
