The Zoning and Planning Board convened in regular session at the City Hall on {
Thursday, March l~, 1957, 7r3C P.M., with the following Members present, A.
G. Davis, presiding; Messrs. Hannah, Madeley and Rice. Messrs. Halbert and
Wilson were absent.
Mr. and Mrs. Paul V. Lueas,~ 2725 Albans Road, appeared before the Board request-
ing their approval for permission to erect a 12 x 2a' addition to their present
garage, to be used as a utility xoom a obby room. Mr. Lucas explained that
the addition would be for general family use only, and that he would execute
an affidavit to that effect.
Motion by Mr. Madeley, seconded. by Mr. Hannah, that the Board reccend to the
City Ccjmmission that the request of Mr. Paul V. Lucas far permission to erect
a 12 x 20' addition to his present garage at 2725 Albans Road be approved, sub~eet
to execution of affidavit that the addition will not be used for commercial or
rental purposes, but for family use only.

A letter from Mr. Homer H. Jacksonz 6~+0~+ Brompton r+~questing approval to extend
a carport aver his present driveway in front of the existing garage into the
requ~rec setback area. The Board desired to make a personal inspection of the
property; therefore no action was taken at this tame.
Voting Aye: A11 No, None
With na further business to come before the Board at this time, upon motion duly
made, seconded and carried, the Meeting was adjourned.
