SPECIAL ME~`i'ING OF THE ZONING AND PLANNING BOARD
February 11, 1957
The Zoning and Planning Board convened in special session on February 11,
1R57, with the following members present; rdir. M. C. Halbert, presiding;
Messrs. A. G. Davis, Robert Madeley, Charles Wilson and Horace Rice. Mr.
David Hannah was absent.
The first order of business was to elect a permanent chairman. Motion by
Mr. Madeley, seconded by Mr. A. G. Davis, that Mr. M. C. Halbert be elected
chairman. of the Zoning and Planning Board for the ensu ng two years.

Mr. R. A. Piehl, X006 Rob~.nk~ood, requested permission to build a 20 x 26'
_ addition over his existing garage, to be used as a play roam and bedrOOm
y"~ii-s immediate family. A plat was attached to his written request,
showing similar buildings in the immediate vicinity.
Motion by Mr. A. G. Davis, seconded by Mr. Robert Madeley, that the Building
Inspector be requested to check the .buildings shown an the sketch and make
a report to the Baa~~ before any recommendation to the City Coaunission is
made.

With no further business to come before the Board at this. time, upon motion
duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned.
