The Zoning and Planning Board convened in Special session on Tuesday, Jan-
nary 22, 1957, with the fallowing members present, Mr. M. G» Halbert, pre-
siding; Messrs. 2~deley, Wilson and Davis. Mr. David Hannah was absent.
Mr. E. L. Williams 6648 Buffalo Speedway, appeared before the Board asking
permission to enclose an existing breezeway and make it rota a den and
barbecue room. It w sa painted out that the plans call for in~~~an of
plumbing faei].~.ties, but that the structure would be considered as an in-
tegral part of the house.
Motion by Mr. Madeley, seconded by Mr. Wilson that the request of Mr. E. L.
Williams, E~+B Buffalo Speedway, fax permission to enclose an existing
breezeway arui make it into a den and barbecue roam be approved. subject to
execution of usual affidavit that the enclosed breezeway would not be :.used
for commercial purposes or for separate living quarters.
Voting Aye: All No None
Mr. J. F. Berly Jr., 374$ Wroxtan, requested permission to add a stare
room in connection w t ~s ex~~st3ng garage. After-it was determined that
no setback violations would be incurred and that it was Mr. Ber3:ey's in-
tention to use the room for storage and utility purposes, the foliawing
action was taken;
Motion by Mx. Davis, seconded by Mr« Wilson, that the request of Mr. J. F.
Berly, J'r., for permission to add a storage room to his existing garage
at 3748 Wraxton be granted, subject to execution of an affidavit that the
addition will not be used for commercial or rental purposes.

Nos None
With no further business to come before the Board at this time, upom
motion duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting was ad,~ourt~d.
