C. Halbert, presiding; Messrs. Hannah, Wilson and Davis. Mr. Madeley was absent. Mr. C. C. Arrington, x+21$ Amherst, requested the Board to recommend issuance of a ui ng perms in or er tha a might construct a carport in front of his ex- isting attached garage. According to Mx. After Board members personally inspected the premises at x+21$ Amherst and the: surrounding properties, the following action was .taken; Motion by Mr. Davis, seconded by Mr. Wilson, that the Board recommend to the City Coamtission that the request of Mr. C. C. Arrington, 421$ Amherst, for per- mission to construct a carport in front of his existing attached garage to extend within 1$ feet of the front property line, be denied, Voting Aye: All No: None With no further business to coats before the Board at this time, upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned. -7 SECRETARY 1
