The Zoning and Planning .Board convened in special session on Saturday, August
25, 1: 3o P.M, with the following members present: Mr. M. C. Halbert, presiding;
Messrs. A. G. Davis, David Hannah, R. A. Madeley. Mr. Charlie Wilson was out of
town.
P1.ans for a house to be built far Mr. V. B. Ponnish on the NE corner of Belmont
an Tama d were under consideration, there being a question on .coverage of
back yard. Motion by Mr. A. G. Davis, seconded by Mr. David $annah, that plan
be approved, interpreting that the square foot area coverage is within Limits,
since the utility room is not under main roof and is therefore part of t2~e aux-
iliary building, and the auxiliary building occupies less than ~C~i of the rear
yard area.
Voting Aye: All No: None
With no further business to come before the meeting at this time, upon oration
duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned.
