SPECIAL MEE'PII~TG OF ZONING BOARD

't'he Zoning & Planning Board convened in special session at 2;00 P.M. May
19, 1956, with the following members present: Mr. Halbert, presiding;.
Messrs. Davis, Maley and Wilson. Mr. Hannah was absent.
The Board convened to consider a request from Mr. Robert Charles Bennett
for permission to subdivide Lot 3, Block 58, Wes Univers y P ce n
Addition into two lots; one to be 7S ~ 100 Ft. fronting on Georgetown,
and the other 75 x 100 to front on Buffalo Speedway.
Motion by Mr. Davis, seconded by Mr. Maley that the Board recommend to the
City Commission that Lot 3, Block 58, West University Place 2nd Addition
be subdivided into two 75 x 100 Ft. lots as requested by Mx. Robert Charles
Bennett, subject to building requirements being complied with.

With no further business to come before the Board at this time, upon motion
duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned.
