With the following members present: Mr. Ed Davis, presiding; Messrs. A.a.Davis, David Hannah, M.C.Halbert, Fi_oy Maley and Charles Wilson. The City httornay could find. no legal precedent for such action; however, upon full discussion of the fact that the three lots have been in case~on usage as one lot, the Zoning Board could find no violation of exist- ing ordinances if the cont~plate~d usage of the lots and buildings With the requested addition was put in.
