The Zoning & Planning Board convened in Special Session on Monday, Aovember
7, 1~5, with the following m~nbers present: Mr. Halbert; presiding; Hessrs.
A. a. Davis and Charlie Wilson. Messrs'. L`. ft. Davis, David Hannah and
Maley were absent.
Mr. A. B. Pe 310l~ Amherst, requested permission to enlarge an axistin~

e rear o s pro y. Definite. specifications as to distance of en-
croachment requested were not submitted.
Motion by Mr. Wilson, seconded by Mr. p. G. Davis that Mr. Penny bs requires,
to determine accurate lot lines and observe prescribed setback requir~aents.

With no further business to come before the Board at this time, upon motion
duly ~sade, seconded and carried, the meeting vas adjourned.
