The Zoning & Planning Board convened in regular session at the Cit~t Hall
on Thursday, September 8, 1955, With the following members present: Mr.
Ed Davis, presiding; Messrs. A. Q. Davis, ~. M. Hannah, Roy Maley, and
Charlie Wilson. Mr. Halbert was absent.

Motion by Mr, Hannah, seconded by Mr. Maley that the Board recommend against
Mr. Gresham~s request on the basis that such improvement would encourage
possible violation of the sixsgle-family: dwelling provisions of the. Ordinance.

Mr. R. Gill 2b39 Centena , submitted a request for approval to add a

Motion by Mr. A. G. Davis, seconded by Mr. Maley that the request of Mr.
R. Qi11, 2639 Centenary, be approved on the grot~d that theta is no potential
violation of the Single-Family dwelling provisio~r of the Ordinance.
