Davis, presiding; Messrs. Halbert, Hannah, Maley, Wilson and A. G. Davis. Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Bass, 2930 Quenby,appeared before the Board requesting that they recommend approval for issuance .of an electrical permit to provide for installation of 22t)V wiring in the portion of their existing heme which is occupied by Mrs. Bass's Mother. Mrs. Bass explained that her Mother desired to pay her orrn utility bills and at the present time her part of tie homy is serviced with a separate light meter and the only improvement would be the installation of 220V Wiring to service an air conditioning unit. Motion by Mr. Hannah, seconded by Mr. Halbert that the Board defer action on the request of Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Bass, until they have an opportunity to make a personal inspection of the premises, Voting Aye: All Voting No; None Mr. and Mrs. Wesl~ Kuenemann, 2711 Tanglcy, requested permission to loin the existing garage and house by the construction of a two flood level connection between the two buildings to include bath facilities and stairway and to con- struct a two floor lcvel over the double garage area in order to provide an acl,ditional bedroom and bath to their home. Mr. Kuenemann explained that the present home was too small for the family and the addition would definitely be used at an integral part of the home and would not contain any kitchen facili- ties. He also requested that a building permit be issued for construction of a 1+x28 Ft. playroom on the South side of the present garage. Motion by Mr. Halbert, seconded by Mr. Davis, that the request of Mr. & Mrs. Wesley Kuenemann, 2711 Tangley to construct a two floor level connection bctwcen his existing house and detached garage and to add a second story over the garage area and a 1+x28 Ft. playroom on the south side of the garage, all to be need as an integral part of the present house by members of the family, be ~ecc~ended for approval subject to Mr. Kueneman's executioncf' the usual affidavit that the proposed addition will not be used for rental purposes. Voting Aye: All Voting No: None Mr. Chas. A. Wyatt, 3617 Bissonnet, appeared before the Board requesting the Board to recommend to the City Commission that the lots in the 364p Black of Bissonnet be re¢_oned to permit apartment units. No ac ion was taken on e request at this time pending further consideration. With no further business to come before the Board at this time, upon motion duly made, seennded and carried, the meeting was adjourned. Secretary Chairman
