The Zoning 8o Planning-Board het in regular session at the City Hall on
Thursday, Larch 10, 195,5, with the following members present: Mr. E. R.
Davis, presiding.; Messrs. A. G. Davis, Halbert, Hannah and 1~etley. Mr.
Chas. Wilson was absent.
Mr. G. P. T~}lly, O~ ~-wa•__ne_g requested the Hoard
to subdivide Lot 6, Block 27, West university Place
lots 5Ox150 ~'t. Each.'
to recommend approval

Motion by Mr. Halbert, seconded by Mr. Wiley that th Board recommend
approval of Mr. Tully's request for premission toa~sbdivide Lot 6, Block
27, West Universtty place 1st Addition into two lots 5Ox15O each as this
is consistent with the. neighborhood where almost all of the original
100x154 Ft. lots have been divided in the same manner.

Mr J. C. D. O'Fiel, Owner of Lots ~+, 5 & 6, Block 1, Belle Court Addition
requested t e Boar t recommen amen nt to a oning 4r Hance to peralit
construction of a residence on Lot ~+ with an area of l~O Sq. Ft. instead
a Sq. F as now requ re y the t?rdinance. No action was taken on
Mr. Q'Fiels request pending further study of the area.
Kith no further business to come before the Board at this time, upon
motion duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting>:was adjourned.
