Thursde~.;, . February 1-0, 1;55, with the following rr~em'~ers present: Mr. E. R.
. Davis, presiding; iviessrs. A. G. Davis; ~avi~d Han.a,~r, Roy tilaley and Charlie
Wilson. i~4r. i•i. C. Halbert was absent.
A letter was recei-re3 frcm P~Iay~• yiorris, .advising that tiro :>-~•cperty owners on
Bissonnet Street had appeared before the Commission reguarding the possibility
of rezonin the area from Buffalo S eedwa tc the 00 block on issonnet for
duplexes. Mayor P~Iorris requested in his letter that the Board together. with
representatives of the special cor~~~ittee appointed to study the fringe area in
1;53 reconsider this area for the possibility of rezoning for duplea~es.
The Board members present discussed the request but inasmuch as representatives of
the special cornnittee could net be -present, and other data and inforrna.tion was
necessary, no action was takenat the: time.
With no further business to come before thF Board at this time, upon motion duly
made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned.
