The re€;ularly scheduled meeting of the Zoning & Planning Board was not held on
this date due to lack of a quorum.
MINUTES OF SPECIAL ZONING BOARD MEETING
SEPTEMBER 16, 195+
The Zoning &,.Planning Board convened on Thursday, September 16, 195+, 7:30 P.M.
~°^ with the following members present: Mr. E. R. Davis, presiding; Messrs. A. G.
~` Davis, H. C. Halbert, Da~~Tid Hannah. Mr. Chas. Taylor was absent.
r; Mr. Loyd Goehring, Representing the St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, requested
permission to enclose an open porch on an au$iliary uilding for storage pur-
poses. It was the opinion of the Board that there was no -zoning problem
present on the proposed enclosure as all setback lines were in compliance with
the Zoning Ordinance and Mr. Goehring was advised to take the matter up with
the City Building Inspector.
Mr. W. H. Krenzler appeared before the Board requesting that permission be
granted to use lots 1 - 7 and 11 - 16, Block 1, Krenzler Courts, for parking
lot purposes in connection with Lots 8, 9 and 10 which are zoned for commer-
cial purposes. In answer to questions by the Board Mr. Krenzler stated that
he had no definite proposal for use of Lots 8, 9 and 10 at the present time,
but in event a proposal was submitted for a large building on the lots there
was a question of parking facilities.
Motion by Mr. Hannah, seconded by Mr. Davis that the request of Mr. Krenzler
be tabled until a study can be made of the situation.

Voting No : -None
With no further business to come before the Board at this time, upon motion
duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned.
