The Zoning and Planning Commission of the City of West University Place convened.
in regular session at the City Hall, Tuesday, April 3, 1973, 7s34 p.m., with .
the fallowing members present. Chairman Hines presiding; Members Bartholomew,
Dahlin, Lipscomb and Weatherby. °
Mrs. Jane Qskouie and Mr. Bill Cole were visitors at the meeting.
An application from Dr. Edward. C. M. Chen for subdivision of

West University Place 2nd Addition
3323 Georgetown
into two lots, each 50 x 154 ft., both fronting on Georgetown, was submitted
to the Commission for consideration. Dr. Chen is the owner of this property.
Motion by Mr. Weatherby, seconded by Mr. Lipscomb, that a Public Hearing be
called for Tuesday, May 1, 1973, 734 p.m., to consider the application of
Dr. Edward C. M. Chen far subdivision of

into two lots, each 50 x 150 ft., both fronting on Georgetown.

into two lots, each 50 x 154 ft., both fronting an Buffalo, was submitted to
the Commission for consideration. Mr. Myers is the owner of this property.
Motion by Mr. Weatherby, seconded by Mr. Dahlias, that a Public Hearing be called
for'fuesday, May 1, 1973, 7s~.5 p.m., to consider the application of Mr, Doy D.
