REGULAR MEETING
ZONING AND PLANNING COMMISSION
MAY 14, 1970
The Zoning and Planning Commission of the City of West University Place
convened in regular session at the City Hall, May 14, 1970, 7:30 p.m.,
with the following members present: David W. Hannah, presiding; members
L. B. Bricker, R. C. Hilton, and H. E. Lott.
The Commission engaged in a discussion of the informal meeting with the
City Commission on April 30, 1970 with particular attention as to whether
or not swimming pools should be classified as an accessory building. It
was the concensus of opinion of the members of the Commission that swimming
pools should not be classified as an accessory building unless under a roof
and~or elevated cover. "
It was decided that the Commission would start accumulating information for
a study to consider the-rezoning of
Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10, Block 25, Collegeview lst
Addition, City of West University Place, Texas.
