SPECIAL MEETING OF ZONING AND PLANNING COMMISSION
NOVEMBER 1, 1967
The Zoning and Planning Commission of the City of W st University Place convened
in special session at the City Hall at 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 1, 1967.
The following members were present: Chairman David Hannah, presiding; Members
Hines and Bricker.
Mr. J. D. Cobb appeared before the Commission to submit a plat of University Place
Townhouse, Section One for approval of the. Zoning and Planning Commission.
University Place Townhouse, Section One is a replat of Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4. Block 2,
Monticello Addition in the A. C. Reynolds Survey A-61, approved as a Townhouse
District by Ordinance No. 879 passed by the City Commission on October 10, 1966.
Motion by Mr. Hines, seconded by Mr. Bricker that the plat of University Place
Townhouse, Section One be approved contingent on an .opinion by the City-Attorney
that a public hearing is not required.
Voting Aye: All Voting No: None
With no further business to come before the Zoning and /Planning Commission at this
time, upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, th meeting wa~radjourned.
