REGULAR MEETING
ZONING AND PLANNING COMMISSION
DECED4BER 10, 1981
The Zoning and Planning Commission of the City of West University Place convened
in regular session at the City Hall, Thursday, December 10, .1981, 7:30 p.m., with
the following members present: Chairman Casey, presiding; Members Abell, Farrell
and Norton.
The Chairman ascertained that notice of meeting was posted in the City Hall on
December 4, 1981.
Mr. Ted Anderson presented final plans. for the .construction of townhouses on
Lot 1, Block 43
West University Place 1st Addition
3400 block of-Bellaire Boulevard
Q (Northwest corner-of Westchester and
Q Bellaire Boulevard)
for consideration.
The plan. is for five townhouses facing west with a common driveway between these
units and units now under construction and an exit on Westchester.
Members reviewed the plans, including dimensions of certain portions of the build-
ing from the property line-and requirement of a fence along the north property line
separating .the single family. dwelling unit from the townhouse project.
Motion by Mr. Norton, seconded by Mr. Farrell, that final plans for the construction
of townhouses presented by Ted Anderson on
Lot 1, Block 43
West University Place 1st Addition
3400 block of Bellaire Boulevard
be approved as presented contingent upon the addition of he required divider wall
on the north property line between the single-family district and the townhouse
district as required by ordinance and subject to compliance with all building
setback requirements, building code, or other governing ordinances, whether or not
herein specified, for any subsequent construction.
Voting Aye: All
Voting No: None
Minutes of the regular meeting of the Zoning and Planning Commission on November 12,
1981 were approved as presented.
With no further business. to come before the Commission, upon motion duly made,
seconded and carried, the meeting adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
