members, administered an oath to hose in the audience desiring to-speak on the
application. ad explained procedure to be following during the hearing.
Mr. Patrick Nitsch, attorney,.representing owners,. stated that in 1978 they had
made application to subdivide the three lots into two lots each 75 ft. x 100 ft.,
one facing Amherst and one facing Lake St., which was granted. Subsequently the
sale of the property did not finalize and that at this time Mr. Freedman has pur-
chased a tract of land facing Amherst and being 100 ft. x l00 ft. and that. it is
the desire of the joint owners at this time to have the property subdivided whereby
one 100 ft. x l00 ft., lot would be created out of the originally dedicated Lots 1
and 3 and one lot 50 ft.; x 100 ft. being the originally dedicated Lot 5, of Block 13
Virginia Court Addition.
During the discussion of the application with owners, it was as€ertained that utilities
serve the property on the east, that the house is located on the l00 ft. x 100 ft.
portion facing Amherst, and that a small building crossing the property line between
the two proposed lots (shown on ,the plot plan) has_been mowed to Lot 5 and the con-
crete slab shown is being removed. at this time.
