REGULAR MEETING
ZONING AND PLANNING COMMISSION
JANUARY 8, 1981
The Zoning and Planning Commission of the City of West University Place con-
vened in regular session at the City Hall, Thursday, January 8, 1981, 7:30
p.m., with the following members present: Chairman Casey, presiding; Members
Abell, Farrell and LaCook.
Notice of meeting was posted in the City Hall on January 5, 1981.
Preliminary and Final plans for the construction of townhouses on
Lots 3, 4 ~ 5, Block 1

3500 Block of Bellaire Blvd.
were presented by Musemache $ Marichal for consideration.
Members of the Commission and Messrs. Musemeche and Maricahl discussed the plans
which call for six units and six guest parking spaces. Previous preliminary
plans for townhouses on this property .were presented to the Commission in January,
1980. The plans presented at this time deviate from those plans and in so doing
eliminated one guest parking space and place one guest parking space at the nort-
east corner. Discussion of availability of guest parking spaces resulted in the
addition of another guest parking space directly off Mercer St.
Motion by Mr. Farrell, seconded by Mr. LaCook, that preliminary and final plans
for the construction of townhouses on
Lots 3, 4 ~ 5, Block 1

be approved as presented with the addition of one guest parking space adjacent
to those proposed directly off Mercer St., and subject to compliance with all
building codes, or other governing ordinances, whether or not herein specified,
for any subsequent construction.
Voting Aye: All Voting No: None
Minutes of the regular meeting of the Zoning and Planning Commission on December 11,
1980, were approved subject to the correction of motion concerning subdivision
of Lot 6, Block 4, West University Place 1st Addition, to read "subject to removal
of side setback violation".
With no further business to come before the Commission, upon motion duly made,
seconded and carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
