SPECIAL MEETING
ZONING AND PLANNING COMMISSION
SEPTEMBER 20, 1979
The Zoning and Planning Commission of the Gity of";West University Place convened
in special session at the City Hall, Thursday,. September. 20, 1979, 7:30-p.m.,
with the following members present: Chairman Casey, ..presiding:. Members. Abell,
Farrell, LaCook and Norton, Zoning Board of Adjustment Chairman 8ughty was also
present.
The Chairman ascertained from the secretary that notice of meeting had been
posted three days prior to the scheduled meeting..
Members of the Commission and Mr. Doughty .held a lengthy discussion on proposed
recommendations to the City Commission concerning amendments to the zoning ordi-
nance and other related codes. Mr. Norton and Mr. Doughty will prepare wording
for definitions of various terms for consideration at a special meeting on
Thursday, September 27, 1979, 7:30 p.m.
Motion by Mr. Abell, seconded by Mr. Norton, that a public hearing be called
for October 18, 1979, 7:30 p.m., in the City Hall Council Chamber on subject
of garage apartments and related accessory buildings.
Voting Aye: All
Voting No: None
With no further business to come before the Commission, upon motion duly made,
seconded and carried, the .meeting adjourned at 11:00 p.m.
