SPECIAL MEETING OF ZONING & PLANNING BOARD

The Zoning & Planning Board convened in special session on Thursday,
June 6, 1963, with-the following members present,. Chairman Gill, pre-
siding; Messrs. Hilton and Haralson. Messrs Lott, Jones and Snyder
were absent.
Chairman Gill announced that the special meeting. had been called for
the purpose of considering a request frown hir. LeRoy B. Everett, 3130
Quenby Road, who was asking for permission to change the electrical
wiring from 110 volt to 220 volt in the existing garage apartment to
enable the occupant to use a window air conditioner.
Permit records indicated the apartment was erected under Building
Permit No. 11+2, issued May 10, 1937, for a 2-story brick veneer house
and a 3-Qar gage with servant's room above. Mr. Everett stated by
letter that the room had been constantly occupied as a mmall apartment
since its construction. An inspection of the premises by members of
the Zoning Board indica~d the very best of maintenance.
Motion by Mr. Hilton, seconded by Mr. Haralson, that the Board recom-
mend that Mr. LeRoy B. Everett, 313D Quenby, be permitted to install
220 volt wiring in his existing garage apartment, known as 5603
Buffalo Speedway, and which predates the zoning ordinance.

Voting No: None
With no further business to come before the Board at this time, upon
motion duly made, seconded and carried., the meeting was adjourned.
