REGULAR MEETING OF ZONING AND PLANNING COMMISSION

The Zoning and Planning Commission of the City of West University Place
convened in regular session at the City Hall on Thursday, May g, 1868 at
7:30 p.m., with the following members present: Chairman Hannah, presiding;
Members Bricker, Hilton, Hines and Lott.
A letter was received from the owner of Lot 13, Block 2, Colonial Terrace
Addition, requesting that this lot be included in the rezoning under considera-
tion by the Commission. .The lot fronts on Cason Street. It was the general
~' concensus of the Commission that this lot should not be involved, as the only
~ property under consideration for rezoning is the property fronting pn Bellaire
~ Boulevard between the Y.M.C.A. and Academy Street.
V There was no other business to be considered by the Commission. A general
discussion of current matters was held. With no o her matters to Come before
the Zoning and Planning Commission at this time,, pon motion duly made,
seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned.
