REGULAR MEETING OF ZONING AND PLANNIlVG COMMISSION
JANUARY 11, 1868
The Zoning and Planning Commission of the City of West University Place convened
in regular session at the City Hall on Thursday, January ll, 1g68, 7:30 p.m. with
the following members. present: Chairman Hannah, presiding; Members Bricker, Hilton,
and Hines. Mr. Lott was absent
There were no applications filed for hearing by the Commission. Upon motion duly
made, seconded and carried, the meeting was .adjourned.
Mr. Richard Mayor, owner of property on Bellaire Boulevar adjacent to Poor Farm
Citch, appeared before the Commission to discuss the pos ibility of rezoning his
~ property for office buildings. The Commission advised im that all peripheral y~
PROPERTY WOULD BE GIVEN CONSIDERATION IN A COMBINED S VEY. Mr. Mayor was advised
~ not to file an application on this property at the pr sent time, but to :;:wait until
~ a Master Plan is considered on all such property.
