DECEMBER 12, 1972
The Zoning and Planning Commission of the City of ~~est University Place convened
in special session at the City :call, Tuesday, December 12, 1972, with the follow-
ing members present: Chairman E. Gene Hines, presiding; Members L. B. Bricker,
M. C. Caldwell, and Roland Dah]:in.
An Application to Rezone (Case No. 72-3), submitted at the regular meeting of the
~ Zoning and Planning Commission, September 5, 1972,

from Dr. Thomas G. Gready, Jr., for the construction of office buildings and a
medical clinic;
and
Application to Rezone (Case P1o. 72-~.), submitted.. at the Special Meeting of the
Zoning and Planning Commission., September 19, 1972,

from James L. Russell, for the construction of office buildings;
and
Application to Rezone (Case ?~o. 72-c), submitted at the Special Meeting of the

Vest University lst Addition
3100 Block of Bellaire Boulevard
from r~Tilliam Peet, for the construction of office buildings,
were presented for consideration, and the following action taken:
Motion by Tgr. Dahlin, seconded by A;r. Caldwell, that further action on all the
above described Applications to Rezone be tabled until the next regular meeting
of the Zoning and Planning Commission on January 2, 1973.
