Gene Hines, presiding; Members L. B. Bricker, M. C. Caldwell, and H. Allen Weatherby. An application from Mr. and Mrs. Harley C. Cox, 560. Buffalo Speedway, for sub- division of Lot 3, Block 78 West University Place 2nd Addition, into two (2) lots, one 100 x 100, fronting on Buffalo Speedway, and one 50~ x 100, fronting on Nottingham, was submitted to the Commission for con- sideration. Motion by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Mr. Weatherby, that a Public Hearing be called for Tuesday, March 7, 1972, 7:45 p.m., to consider the application of Mr. and Mrs. Harley C. Cox, 5601 Buffalo Speedway, for subdivision of Lot 3, Block 78 West University Place 2nd Addition, into two (2) lots, one 100 x 100, fronting on Buffalo Speedway, and one 50~ x 100', fronting on Nottingham.
