V The Zoning and Planning Commission convened in regular session at the City Hall
on Tuesday, January Lt, 1972, 7:30 p.m. with the following members, present:
Chairman E. Gene Hines, presiding; Members L. B. Bricker, and H. Allen Weatherby.
There being no official business to be presented to the Commission, on motion
duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting adjourned.

ZONING AND PLANNING COMMISSIGN
JANUARY 12, 1972
The Zoning and Planning Commission convened in special session at the City Ha11
on Wednesday, January 12, 1972 with the following members present: Chairman
E. Gene Hines presiding; Members L. E. Ericker, Roland Dahlias, and H. Allen
Weatherby.
After discussion of the 1971 Land Use and Circulation Plan received from
Caudill, Rowlett and Scott, Architects, Planners and Engineers, Houston Texas,
motion by Mr. Dahlias, seconded by Mr. Bricker, that the Zoning and Planning
Commission acknowledges receipt of the completed study entitled WEST UNIVE~.SITY
PLACE 1971 LAND USE AND CIRCULATION PLAN as prepared by the firm of Caudill,
Rowlett and Scott, Architects, Planners, ~rigineers, Houston, Texas, and recommends
to the City Commission that final payment be made for services rendered by said
firm.

Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting adjourned.
